With the Fairmont, there is no such thing as too functional. Measuring 5 by 7 feet, Almost Heaven allotted two feet of space for the exterior benches. This provides more space to cool off after the sauna or store water, towels, clothes, or even plants! The six feet of interior space is heated by a 6 kW electric heater of your choice. Properly installed, the Harvia KIP heater included in your sauna kit should consistently achieve temperatures of 180°F and beyond in 45-60 minutes, or you can delay the start time up to eight hours. Relaxation is only a few steps away with the Fairmont barrel sauna!

If your sauna session is set to start later, you can delay the heating process by up to eight hours, ensuring the sauna is perfectly heated when you’re ready. Whether indoors or outdoors, the Fairmont DIY barrel sauna is the perfect addition to make your house feel like a home.

Care and Maintenance

Traditional barrel saunas require very little upkeep. Simply wipe down the interior after each use and check for any dust or debris that you may have tracked in.

Shipping and Assembly

The Fairmont sauna will ship via an LTL truck and will arrive curbside on a single pallet. See the shipping tab for more details.

Some basic handyman skills are helpful when assembling the sauna. The only additional equipment needed is a cordless drill. Two people can generally do the assembly in 6 hours or less. It is recommended that you review the manual’s assembly instructions in advance to familiarize yourself with the process.
