In the rare event of a pricing error (for example, a technical glitch listing a $3,000 sauna at $30), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if payment has already been processed.

Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent activity

If we decline or cancel your order after payment has been received, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

All orders shipped within the contiguous United States ship free of charge, with an estimated delivery window of 5–7 business days following order processing. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or defective items are eligible for a free replacement, repair, or full refund.
Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) cover defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period from the date of delivery.

Please inspect all deliveries promptly and report any damage or missing components within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
