At Select Sauna LLC, we believe the only thing that should feel like a slow, relaxing steam is your actual sauna session — not the wait to get your sauna. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order from our warehouse to your backyard, basement, or spa room.
Free Shipping. Always.
Every order placed with Select Sauna LLC ships 100% free within the contiguous United States. No shipping charges. No handling fees. No freight surcharges. No “processing” fees added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the total price you pay — full stop. This applies to every product we sell, from compact one-person infrared units to full multi-person cabins and outdoor barrel saunas.
How Long Will It Take?
Once your order is confirmed, please allow:
- 1–2 business days for order processing and quality inspection
- 2–5 business days for delivery to arrive at your doorstep
That means most customers see their sauna within about a week of hitting “purchase.” Saunas are larger, heavier items than your average online purchase, so this timeline reflects real freight logistics — not corner-cutting. We’d rather under-promise and deliver a well-packaged, fully intact sauna than rush a shipment and risk damage in transit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment your order ships, along with tracking information so you can follow your sauna’s journey in real time — no need to refresh a page and wonder where it is.
What Happens After You Order
- Order Confirmation — You’ll get an email right after checkout confirming we’ve received your order.
- Processing & Quality Check — Our team inspects and prepares your sauna components for shipment, ensuring everything is accounted for before it leaves our facility.
- Dispatch & Tracking — Once your sauna is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you always know where things stand.
- Delivery — Depending on the size of your sauna, delivery may be a standard doorstep drop-off or a curbside freight delivery (see below).
Curbside vs. Doorstep Delivery
Because saunas range from compact one-person infrared units to full multi-person cabins, delivery method varies by product size:
- Smaller units and accessories typically ship via standard parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS) directly to your door.
- Larger saunas (multi-person cabins, barrel saunas, outdoor units) ship via freight carrier and are generally delivered curbside — meaning the freight driver will deliver the crate or pallet to the curb or driveway, not inside your home or garage.
If you anticipate needing help moving a large crate from the curb into your space, we recommend having an extra set of hands (or a dolly) ready on delivery day. Freight drivers are not required to assist with placement beyond the point of delivery.
Inspecting Your Delivery
We take real care in packaging every sauna to survive the trip, but we still ask that you:
- Inspect the packaging before signing for delivery, especially for freight shipments.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt if you spot it.
- Open and check contents within 48 hours of delivery, and reach out to us right away if anything looks off.
Catching an issue early makes it dramatically easier and faster for us to make it right — whether that’s a replacement part or a full resolution.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer free shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please reach out to our support team before ordering — we’re happy to look into freight options, but delivery timelines and costs may differ from our standard 5–7 day window.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery Delays
While 5–7 business days is our standard window, please note that factors like severe weather, regional freight congestion, or remote delivery addresses can occasionally push things a day or two beyond that estimate. If your order is running behind, we’ll proactively reach out — you won’t be left guessing.
