The Viva 120 requires a 220–240V hardwired electrical connection with a dedicated breaker installed by a licensed electrician (heaters and electrical accessories sold separately). Exact amperage and wire size requirements depend on your chosen heater model (4.5–6kW recommended). We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified electrician to confirm proper installation, circuit capacity, and local electrical code compliance before purchasing a heater. Improper installation can affect performance and safety.

The Viva 120 is compatible with electric heaters in the 4.5–6kW range. Heaters are not included with the standard kit and are sold as optional add-ons. The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and labor, plus any damage occurring before transportation. It does not cover natural wood variations (color changes, knots, cracks), normal wear and tear from use, damage from incorrect assembly or installation, damage from natural disasters or force majeure events, or unauthorized modifications.
